The Little Woodhouse Neighbourhood Planning Forum has developed a set of planning policies based on the views of local people. The Vision and Objectives were first agreed in 2016 and since then we have been developing a set of Neighbourhood Plan policies to help improve the area of Little Woodhouse. We held a formal Public Consultation in the summer of 2024.
We are considering all comments before we submit the Plan to the local council and Examination by a Planning Inspector. There will be a final public consultation later to check accuracy and finally for local voters to vote in a referendum whether to accept the Plan.
