What happens next

Now that the main documents are prepared in draft, including evidence, the Pre-Submission consultation results will be considered in drawing up the final version for submission to Leeds City Council.

Formal consultations will include the City Council departments and other interested bodies, then presentation to the Examiner and a final consultation before a local Referendum. Voting will be open to all registered voters in the Neighbourhood Area. If a majority of votes agree, then the Neighbourhood Plan is “made” and will form part of the planning policies which inform planning decisions.
